This is a presentation of Peter Investment Funds to show people a simple way to get rich using MSTU.

Here are the simple investment rules:

 (1) Only buy at the opening price  if the price is at least 10% lower than the current investment period's highest closing price and as per the screenshot, the highest closing price between the entry date of October 9th and October 27th was $ 72.99 on October 24th.

(2) For the hypothetical portfolio, we started with $100 but you can start with whatever amount you feel you can put into the market  ( on a monthly basis) and not withdraw for at least 10 years.

The annualized return calculator in the screenshot for the time period is the number of trading days  (from 10/9/24) divided by 252 trading days in a year when the major stock exchanges are open.
In the screenshot, the number of years held is 12 trading days ( between 10/9/24 and 10/28/24) divided by 252 = 0,0476 years held.

We  started a $100 hypothetical portfolio on 10/9/24 using only one ETF which is MSTU buying 1.868 shares of MSTU

The entry price ( MSTU purchase price) on 10/9/24 was $53.54 ( as per the screenshot) X 1.868 shares = $100.01.

As of October 27th 2024, MSTU's highest  closing price was at $72.99 on October 24th (as per the screenshot) during the October 9th through October 27th period and our next entry price is at least 10% below $72.99 which is $72.99- $7.30 = $65.69.

Your hypothetical  portfolio has gained 33.92% (annualized at 46119%)  since 10/9/24 and since you hypothetically bought MSTU at $53.54 on 10/9/24 and

as per the rule you did not buy any MSTU on 10/28/24 since the price was $71.69 as of the close on 10/27/24, higher than on 10/9/24 .

The rule is  buying another $100 of MSTU only if the price is lower than the previous buy price by at least 10%.

Will share the update on your hypothetical portfolio next month on 11/28/24.
